Robin Michael studied at the Royal Academy of Music and is principal cellist in Orchestre Revolutionnaire et Romantique, solo cellist with Orchestre Les Siecles (Paris) as well as regular guest principal with many other prestigious orchestras. He was a member of the Fidelio trio for over 10 years has also appeared in collaboration with the Dante and Eroica quartets.
Daniel Tong is an eminent solo and chamber pianist, teacher and writer. He has played at all major venues and festivals in the UK and is frequently heard on Radio 3. He is a founder member of the London Bridge Trio and Head of Performance at the Junior Academy (RAM).
Robin and Daniel have a long playing association, having performed regularly together and recorded the complete Beethoven and Brahms sonatas, and are also co-artistic directors of the Kinnordy music festival.
